Cancellation Inquiry
At Sophie's Cuban Cuisine, we understand that plans can change. To provide clarity and transparency regarding cancellations for catering orders, we have established the following policy:
Cancellation Timeframe:
Guests have the flexibility to cancel their catering order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Refund Policy:
Orders canceled same day, or within the 24-hour window will be issued partial refund of 50%.
Rescheduling Option:
Additionally, if you find yourself needing to make changes within the 24-hour period, we are happy to accommodate a rescheduling of your order for another date, subject to availability.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your catering order, please contact the Sophie's Cuban location via phone directlly or text us— (504) 290-3033 at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. You may also submit a request on this page.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving your cancellation request within the specified timeframe, we will process a refund equal to 50% of the total order amount to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Communication:
We will promptly confirm all cancellation or rescheduling requests and provide details via email.

By placing a catering order with Sophie's Cuban Cuisine, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
